Today is gonna be a good day! After a delay with the buyers lender (USDA waiting on government funding) we are finally closing on our MD house today. I find it ironic and meant to be as the settlement is on 1-11-11 @ 11am. So glad it will be sold so we can get on with our new lives in Texas.
We got the text saying that the closing was done at exactly 11:11 (our time); no exaggeration!
