Christy's Baby Shower

I was so blessed to be apart of a baby shower for a dear friend of mine, Christy. She is having her first girl, Hailee. These are the items that I made; I will have the whole album on my Facebook. Some other ladies made some nice homemade items (bird mobile, diaper cake, bibs, burp cloths, nursing cover, etc.).

I thought this was an adorable keepsake. I would love to say that I came up with the idea but like a lot of my projects I saw it somewhere online. My friend Christy, has a "bird" theme so the tree goes very well.



My friend Christy holding the gift I made her; it's a carseat canopy. It's hard to tell in this picture what it is but she's gonna send me a picture of it on the car seat. This is the same fabric she used for her crib skirt and quilt.
